Job summary

University of Michigan-Dearborn seeks an Assistant Men''s and Women''s Bowling Coach to assist with all program phases under rules & policies of USBC, NAIA, Conference and the University. Responsibilities include coaching, recruiting, evaluating prospective student-athletes, public relations, and administrative tasks as directed by the Head Coach.

Positions may be eligible for hybrid or remote work at the department''s discretion. A background check and departmental recruiting test are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Collegiate coaching or playing experience.
• Thorough knowledge of USBC and NAIA rules.
• Recruiting experience and knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Excellent computer and social media skills.
• Able to pass a background check and recruiting test.

Responsibilities

• Coach both men''s and women''s bowling program.
• Recruit and evaluate prospective student-athletes.
• Perform public relations and administrative tasks.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by Head Coach.
