Qualifications

  • Experience coaching at the collegiate level and knowledge of NCAA Division III.
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends.
  • Strong organizational, writing, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with recruiting software preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying prospective student-athletes and network with high school/club coaches.
  • Monitor student-athlete academic progress.
  • Support head coach with game day responsibilities.
  • Promote ethical conduct and professional standards.
  • Monitor conditioning and training of student-athletes.
  • Instruct student-athletes on academic expectations and social responsibility.
  • Ensure proper safety standards and report equipment issues.
  • Assist in scouting future opponents.
  • Maintain a positive, professional environment within the University community.
