Job summary

Brobston Group seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager to support the Delvaux boutique, its team, merchandise, and client service. You will help optimize boutique performance and profitability while upholding top standards in operations, merchandising, and brand representation.

You will coach associates, monitor KPIs, oversee daily operations, and build strong client relationships to drive brand awareness and local initiatives in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of boutique management experience in luxury retail.
• Experience supporting a team in a luxury retail environment and knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team, manage competing priorities, and take initiative.
