Job summary

The Mint Gaming Hall is seeking an Assistant Beverage Manager to support daily operations across all F&B outlets in the facility. The role works with the Beverage Manager and Director of Food & Beverage to implement strategic initiatives and deliver a superior guest experience.

Candidates should have prior F&B management experience, be 21+, and able to obtain necessary work cards. Competitive wage range and full benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-screening and background checks.
• Ability to obtain required work cards and non-gaming registration.
• S.T.A.R Certification upon start of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support Beverage Manager in F&B quality, cost control, and inventories.
• Assist with financial performance inquiries in the absence of the Beverage Manager.
• Monitor adherence to operating procedures consistently.
• Communicate effectively with front and back of house teams.
• Oversee service flow across gaming floor, bars, outlets, and events.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to F&B hourly staff.
• Ensure recipes, portions, and prep standards are followed for consistency.

Education
