You will coordinate staffing, inventory, and ordering while mentoring staff and ensuring consistent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of beverage or F&B supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily beverage operations per strategic plan.
• Direct labor management, scheduling and inventory control.
• Deliver quality guest service and brand standards.
• Coordinate beverage outlet stocking to maximize revenue.
• Provide guidance to beverage staff and staffing recommendations.
• Assist management on daily operational issues.
