Milestones Behavioral Services, LLC in Milford, CT is seeking an Assistant Behavior Analyst to join a team of teachers, BCBA®s, and behavior specialists. You will review and improve student behavior procedures, support behavior plans, and train staff in basic behavior analytic principles.

The role requires on-site work and adherence to safety procedures. Minimum qualifications include BACB supervision requirements and board certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst, with preferred

• Hold and maintain Board certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst.
• Meet all supervision requirements as specified by the BACB.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Must properly wear PPE and attend related trainings.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze problem behavior procedures for all students in their classroom.
• Review reinforcement systems to ensure correct and consistent implementation.
• Review and analyze behavior intervention plans for proper execution.
• Provide solutions and execute action plans through PPT processes when needed.
• Assist Behavior Analysts in writing and updating behavior plans via PPT.
• Create and maintain student write ups.
• Review and analyze student graphs; alert staff to progress concerns.
• Provide initial training in basic behavior analysis to staff, including supervision of RBTs.
