Job summary

LEARN Behavioral seeks an Assistant Behavior Analyst to support children with autism across center, home, community and school settings. You will provide clinical direction to behavior technicians and supervise treatment for a client caseload under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst.

You will collaborate with families and other providers, pursue ongoing learning, and contribute to socially significant outcomes while upholding ABA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• BaCBA certification and/or local license to deliver behavior analysis.
• Ability to develop goals, organize workload, and prioritize tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and respond effectively to others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver protocol modification, assessment services, and family treatment guidance per ABA standards.
• Provide clinical direction to technicians.
• Use data to drive clinical programming and decisions.
• Document services accurately and timely per company policy.
• Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings.
• Supervise one or more staff as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with policies and complete other tasks as directed.
