Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum one year of baseball coaching experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusive excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach in teaching rules and fundamentals of baseball.
• Support practice sessions, game duties, and player motivation.
• Contribute to on-campus and off-campus recruiting efforts.
• Support fundraising initiatives.
• Mentor student athletes.
• Represent the University positively and comply with NCAA rules.
• Assist other coaches with game management.
• May supervise student assistants.
