Qualifications

• ISBE or NFHS/ASEP Certified (or willingness to receive).

• Knowledge of technical aspects of the sport; open to new theories and procedures.
• Previous successful coaching experience preferred; must be a role model.

Responsibilities

• Implement athletic policies approved by the district board and staff.
• Understand system, state, and league regulations; apply them consistently.
• Refer requests and grievances through proper channels and attend meetings.
