Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of coaching or playing experience at the collegiate level.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Hudl, Synergy, and recruiting software.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily practice planning and game decisions.
• Perform video analysis and scouting of opponents.
• Mentor student-athletes with academics, course selection and campus involvement.
• Recruit quality student-athletes on campus and at events.
• Coordinate and manage game day operations and travel.
