Qualifications

• Prior experience with recruiting, fundraising, and sponsorship efforts is preferred or required as noted.
• Valid driver’s license; CPR and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with recruiting and retaining student athletes; provide opportunities for team and individual athletic and academic success.
• Assist with organizing and conducting practices and competitions; adhere to NJCAA coaching principles.
• Support development, fundraising and corporate sponsorship efforts with the Harford Community College Foundation; perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
