Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group, hired through Hosco in Miami, seeks a Beverage Manager to oversee the shipboard beverage operation. Direct the bar function and related activities, whether personally or through supervisors, ensuring premium service across all outlets.

The role requires at least five years of managerial beverage experience on a cruise ship, a hospitality-related degree, strong staff leadership of large teams, knowledge of beverage brands, and strict adherence to USPH rules and guest

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in beverage management on a cruise ship.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field.
• Supervisory experience with at least 30 employees.
• Knowledge of beverage brands and quality of liquors, wine, and beers.
• Ability to manage international staff and provide customer service.
• Proficiency in analyzing documents and calculating figures.
• Familiarity with USPH rules.
• Understanding of business and organizational planning, human resources, and guest satisfaction techniques.
• Working knowledge of computer software and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire shipboard beverage operation and direct the bar function and related activities.
• Supervise and coordinate beverage service across outlets, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Implement standards to ensure guest satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
