Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group, in partnership with Celebrity Cruises, is seeking a Restaurant Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager to lead onboard dining operations with a strong background in F&B and luxury hospitality. You will supervise restaurant staff, ensure exceptional food quality and service, and uphold company policies.

Ideal candidate brings 5–8 years in hospitality/restaurant management, shipboard experience preferred, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years hospitality/restaurant management experience (shipboard preferred).
• Excellent food and wine knowledge and experience in fine dining.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise restaurant personnel including scheduling and training.
• Drive sales strategies while meeting KPIs and maintaining standards.
