Overview
Assistant Banquet Manager
We are seeking a motivated individual to oversee daily banquet operations in our 65,000 sq ft of event space, assist with restaurant outlets, and participate in the Hotel MOD (Manager on Duty) program, contributing to overall hotel leadership and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage daily banquet operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  2. Collaborate with Food & Beverage teams to maintain high standards in banquets and restaurants.
  3. Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate restaurant and banquet staff.
  4. Participate in the Hotel MOD program to address guest needs and ensure smooth hotel operations.
  5. Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  6. Assist with planning and executing events such as banquets, weddings, and conferences.
  7. Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  8. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and feedback.
  9. Implement industry best practices to enhance operations and guest satisfaction.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.

Requirements

  1. Minimum three years of supervisory or management experience in banquet operations.
  2. Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  3. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in hospitality management systems and software.
  5. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
