Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations by modeling friendly service.
• Takes orders and decorates cakes with skilled artistry.
• Decorates cakes and bakery products using recipes and designs.
• Assists Bakery Manager in daily ops and training.
• Oversees department inventories and weekly sales tracking.
• Assists with scheduling, rewards and staff development.
• Develops merchandising plans and checks pricing.
• Checks deliveries, logs and maintains freshness.
• Controls costs and minimizes shrinkage through efficient ops.
• Keeps bakery area stocked, clean and inviting.
• May assist in other departments as needed.
