Nothing Bundt Cakes in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Morning Shift Assistant Baker (5am-1pm) to support the Baker and produce high-quality cakes in accordance with NbC recipes and safety standards.

You will operate commercial ovens and mixers, measure ingredients, and help manage daily production flow while following strict guidelines and packing procedures; lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow NbC recipes and bake with precision.
• Understands U.S. measurement units and quantities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Operate commercial bakery equipment and ovens.
• Meticulous with exact measurements and timing.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC recipes and cake production methods with precision and achieves productivity goals.
• Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other tools to bake cakes.
• Assists baker with accurately preparing raw ingredients and equipment for baking places cake pans into a hot oven and monitors the baking process.
• Assists baker with daily baking and production flow and processes.
• Adheres to proper packaging, labeling and storage of baked cakes and maintains logs.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks workstation and ensures supplies for next shift.
• Complies with health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and personal hygiene.
• Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality.
