Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately follow recipes, portioning standards, and daily production lists.
• Prepare, bake, and package baked goods according to schedules and goals.
• Organize ingredients and supplies for smooth daily/weekly operations.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace; follow cleaning procedures.
• Assist with labeling, inventory rotation, and product storage.
• Communicate supply needs or issues to the Commissary Manager promptly.
• Uphold Barriques’ food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
