Compensation

• Weekend premium pay: $2.50/hr for Saturday & Sunday
• Starting pay up to $23.50/hr plus annual merit raises

Job Duties

The Assistant Service Center Manager will assist the Service Center Manager in overseeing technicians and the service center, including:

• Resolving customer issues
• Providing technical assistance and training
• Supervising staff
• Performing technician duties as needed
• Ensuring safety and loss prevention compliance

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Good communication skills
• Preferred: Automotive maintenance, supervisory, and retail experience
• Availability to work evenings and every other weekend
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
• Within one year, attain ASE Certifications in A4 and A5
• Ability to obtain forklift certification
• Fluent in English
• *Michigan stores only:* ASE certifications required for technician levels
