Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct all tickets office operations.
• Supervise and maintain financial reporting for ticket sales and revenue.
• Assign seating for football, men's basketball, and donor-based events.
• Develop relationships with off-campus venues and events held at FAU facilities.
• Supervise ticket office staff and train personnel.
• Ensure NCAA rules regarding ticket sales and distributions are followed.
