Job summary

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling, and supervising athletic events and activities.
Coordinate resources including equipment, facilities, and transportation for athletic events.
Serve as administrator on duty for home contests, including evenings and weekends.
Support recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and evaluation of coaches.
Maintain certifications, background checks, and compliance documentation.
Manage uniform distribution and equipment inventory.
Develop budgets and implement policies for safe management of programs.
Promote positive attitudes, sportsmanship, and teamwork among students and families.
