Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and supervising athletic events and activities.
  • Coordinate resources including equipment, facilities, and transportation for athletic events.
  • Serve as administrator on duty for home contests, including evenings and weekends.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and evaluation of coaches.
  • Maintain certifications, background checks, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage uniform distribution and equipment inventory.
  • Develop budgets and implement policies for safe management of programs.
  • Promote positive attitudes, sportsmanship, and teamwork among students and families.
