The Assistant Athletic Director of Student Support (AADSS) is responsible to work alongside each head coach to coordinate and administer Academic Success Planning for students needing additional academic support. The AADSS will also serve as member of the Athletic Leadership Team and will assist in the administrative duties needed to operate the Athletic Department. The AADSS will meet frequently with student-athletes to ensure academic success and development.
