Job summary

University of Colorado Boulder Advancement is seeking an Assistant Athletic Director of Annual Giving and Premium Seating. You will lead donor relations, alumni engagement, events, and annual giving programs, managing a team of staff to drive donor stewardship and premium seating initiatives.

The role partners with CU Boulder Advancement leadership to grow Buff Club participation, enhance donor engagement, and deliver events with excellent donor experiences while upholding CU's values and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience developing, planning and rolling out strategy.
• Program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiative planning for programs to grow Buff Club membership, donor stewardship, engagement and events.
• Lead implementation of programmatic strategy to engage donors and alumni in line with the unit's vision.
• Supervise development of team goals and metrics to increase donor retention, satisfaction and engagement.
• Create strategy for 5-10 high-impact annual events for donor stewardship and alumni engagement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to evolve engagement activities and demonstrate outcomes.
