THE OPPORTUNITY
The National College of Education (NCE) at National Louis University (NLU) is seeking a Full-Time Assistant/Associate Professor in the Educational Leadership program, which includes the Strategic Educational Leadership minor. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading educational environments at school, district, non-profit, or industry learning settings, with a strong methodological background. Responsibilities include teaching graduate courses in educational leadership, supporting doctoral research focused on program evaluation, and engaging in research related to educational leadership.
The candidate should have a research agenda aligned with the field, with skills in research methodologies. Priority areas include leading adult learning, evidence-based decision-making, and assessment in classrooms, schools, or districts. The position is within the College of Education, housed under the School of Educational Leadership Studies.
