Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Accounting, Finance or Sport Management is preferred.
• Experience budgeting for Division I Intercollegiate Athletics or university business office preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business paperwork including expense vouchers, Concur reports, purchase orders and budgets.
• Interface with accounts payable, purchasing, and payroll to facilitate processing and research budgets.
• Meet with coaches to review budget reports and prepare forecasts.
• Plan, prepare and reconcile cash advances for meals, recruiting and travel.
• Audit Concur reports for accuracy and perform reclasses as needed.
• Provide monthly Concur report updates to the department.
