Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Athletics, you will build standardized processes, manage staff, ensure NCAA Division II compliance, and foster collaboration with campus partners to drive safety, efficiency, and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in intercollegiate athletics or related administrative environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day internal operations of the athletics department.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized departmental procedures.
• Coordinate communication among athletics administration, coaches, and campus departments.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Ensure departmental and institutional policies are consistently implemented.
