You’ll oversee art direction across multiple e‑commerce sets, select and crop images, and collaborate with stylists and photographers to maintain a high‑volume production workflow. A fashion portfolio and 5+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the creative industry.
• 3+ years in-studio and/or on-set experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote/PPT for deck creation.
• Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• On-set shoot experience required, including the ability to make edits/selects and provide direction to teams.
• Demonstrated art direction experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or fashion environment, with a portfolio.
• A strong sense of style and up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, applied to the Lulus brand.
• Ability to work effectively with stylists, photographers, and other creatives, encouraging creativity and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in and oversee art direction across multiple e-commerce sets, ensuring each project matches the Lulus aesthetic and quality standards while meeting production goals
• Select and crop images for studio ecom shoots using Creative Force
• Partner with the Art Director to ensure brand guidelines and best practices are consistently executed across channels
• Support pre-shoot production, which may include casting, styling reviews, merchant meetings, and creating training materials for other creative team members
• Review shoot results and provide feedback to studio leadership
• Collaborate with stylists and photographers to bring creative visions to life and work toward ambitious production goals in a team-focused environment
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Lulus brand and women’s fashion trends so visual content stays on-brand and resonates with the target audience
• Regularly review, update, and improve Lulus style guides for all product categories
• Keep image files and deliverables organized using a streamlined approach
• Work with buyers, merchandisers, and creative leads to align on changes to creative approaches, including style guides and other creative updates
• Stay current on industry trends and make recommendations
• Develop and implement a consistent review process to share wins, opportunities, and creative direction for styling and photo teams
