Job summary

Lulus is seeking an Assistant Art Director based in Los Angeles to actively lead on-set and studio shoots, directing multiple e-commerce production sets to ensure every image and video aligns with the Lulus aesthetic and brand standards.

You will collaborate with stylists and photographers, select and crop images, and contribute to pre-shoot planning while maintaining an organized workflow and staying current with fashion trends relevant to the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience directing art direction for e-commerce imagery
• Strong on-set experience with fast-paced production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools
• Understanding of fashion visuals and brand alignment

Responsibilities

• Oversee art direction on multiple e-commerce sets to maintain Lulus aesthetic
• Direct shoots in-studio and contribute to image selection and cropping
• Collaborate with Art Director to enforce brand guidelines across channels
• Review shoot results and share feedback with the studio leadership
• Maintain organized image assets and align with stylists and photographers to realize creative goals
