The role supports both field and office work across the region, requiring strong organization and adaptability. The ideal candidate will have a field school background, up to 2 years of archaeology experience, and solid skills in CEQA/NEPA, data management, and reporting.

The position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects throughout the region while being based out of our Rocklin, California office. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of supporting both field and office-based cultural resources work.
This position requires hiking over uneven terrain, carrying field equipment, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and standing or walking for extended periods of time
This is a full-time hourly position with a range of $25.61 to $30.48 per hour, annualized at approximately $53,268 to $63,394 per year based on a full-time schedule. Starting salary is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications/permits, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
