• Minimum of 2 years of experience; 5 years CRM experience in California is highly desired.
• Ability to conduct fieldwork and construction monitoring, including travel and outdoor environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration in a smaller office environment.
• Working knowledge of federal and state cultural resources regulations.
• Familiarity with the prehistory, history, archaeology, and ethnography of Southern California.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of supporting both field and office-based cultural resources work.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires hiking over uneven terrain, carrying field equipment, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and standing or walking for extended periods of time

Compensation:

This is a full-time hourly position with a range of $30.49 - $39.01 per hour, annualized at approximately $63,415 to $81,150, per yearbased on a full-time schedule.
