Job summary

Management Support is seeking an Assistant Apartment Manager / Data Entry for The Vintage Apartments in San Antonio, TX. This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers an hourly pay range of $19.00–$21.00 based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities include AP/AR processing, rent rolls, leasing applications, and resident services. Proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook and RealPage is a plus. A valid driver’s license and bilingual ability are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Two years experience assisting with property management.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• English writing skills.
• Current driver's license with verifiable auto insurance.
• Bilingualism a plus.

• Payment postings/ACH processing/check scanning.
• Lease application processing.
• Assist with hiring/interviewing.
• Move in & out inspections.

• Late notice and fee processing.
• Rent increases/renewals.
• Auditing reports.
• Review accuracy of rent roll.
• Preliminary accounting month end (PAME).
• Maintain computer binders.
• Resident service requests.

Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance. Pay rate is now in the range of $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. We are particularly looking for applicants who are confident that their management skills and personality will yield high productivity. Use your skills more profitably.
