Job summary

St. Patrick's Manor in Framingham, MA is seeking an Assistant Administrator who holds a valid MA Nursing Home Administrator license to lead operations for our 303-bed faith-based community.

Under the CEO/Administrator, you will help develop goals, oversee staff, stay compliant with regulations, support business development, and coordinate communications with residents and families. Qualifications

• Active MA Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Long-Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, direct and assess objectives for the St. Patrick's Manor senior care community.
• Participate in selection and review of administrative and management staff.
• Assist in business development and marketing efforts.
• Stay abreast of current regulations to maintain survey readiness.
• Develop and update Emergency Preparedness Plan.
• Review resident complaints and grievances, accidents and incidents.
• Assist in preparation of annual operating budget.
• Visit departments to assist managers in operations.
• Serve as liaison to medical and support staff, residents and families on communications and procedures.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
