Job summary

St. Patrick's Manor in Framingham, MA is seeking an Assistant Administrator to join a faith‑based, nonprofit 303‑bed long‑term care community.

The role partners with the CEO to set goals, supervise staff, and drive regulatory readiness while supporting business development and resident care. The ideal candidate holds an MA Nursing Home Administrator license, has at least 1 year of long‑term care experience, and a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration or related field.

Qualifications

Active MA Nursing Home Administrator License.
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Long-Term Care.
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

In cooperation with the CEO/Administrator, develop, implement, direct and assess objectives and goals for the St. Patrick's Manor senior care community.
In cooperation with the CEO/Administrator, participate in selection and review of administrative and management staff.
Participate in business development and marketing efforts.
Stay abreast of current regulations to maintain survey and inspection readiness.
In cooperation with the CEO/Administrator, develop and update Emergency Preparedness Plan.
Review resident complaints and grievances, accidents and incident reports.
Assist in preparation of annual operating budget.
Make regularly scheduled visits to every department to assist department managers in proper maintenance and operation of their areas.
Serve as liaison for the CEO/Administrator to medical and support staff, residents and families on all necessary communications, policies and procedures interpretations, etc.
