Job summary

St. Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Berlin, NH, part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire, seeks a qualified Nursing Home Administrator to lead operations and uphold compassionate resident care.

The administrator will oversee clinical and administrative functions, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets and staffing, and support a culture aligned with CCNH mission. Eligible for reciprocity and NH NHA licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in health care administration, business administration or related field.
• Licensed NHA by the state of New Hampshire or eligible for reciprocity.
• Two years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or supervisory experience in health care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ultimate responsibility for center operations and be available during off hours and on weekends as needed.
• Create a center culture that supports the CCNH mission and ethical business practices.
• Develop and implement a QPPI plan in line with CCNH guidelines.
• Monitor standards of care and quality indicators; feed results into QAPI processes.
• Credential licensed independent practitioners with Medical Director, ensuring compliance with policy.
• Lead recruitment, staffing, and hiring processes to meet budgeted needs.
• Oversee resident rights integration and incident investigations; ensure proper follow-up.
• Ensure center compliance with state and federal employment laws and wage/hour regulations.
