Job summary

NOR Living is seeking an Assistant Administrator for the Community Crisis Home in Calexico, CA. This full-time leadership role supports the Administrator in daily facility operations, staffing, client services, documentation, training, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have DSP I/II, RBT certifications, ARF experience, and strong documentation and communication skills; duties include supervision across shifts, on-call coverage, and adherence to IPPs, EIPs, and health and safety

Qualifications

• DSP I, DSP II, and RBT certifications are REQUIRED.
• Experience in Adult Residential Facility (ARF) is REQUIRED.
• Supervisory or lead DSP/administrator experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong documentation, organizational, leadership, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Administrator with overall daily operation of the Community Crisis Home.
• Supervise staff across AM/PM/NOC shifts and provide coaching.
• Ensure IPPs/IBSPs/EIPs and medical orders are followed.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and DDS/Regional Center requirements.
• Support incident reports, emergency procedures, and safety protocols.
