Job Description
Team Support
Responsible for ordering office supplies and project materials, tracking materials, verifying invoices, and maintaining supplier relations.
Collaborate with the shop team to verify all orders are received correctly and damage-free.
Assist project managers and estimators with project startup procedures.
Compile material data, reports, and samples, and track the submittal process from submission to approval.
Prepare project close-out and warranty documents.
Keep the project list updated.
Answer and direct incoming calls.
Assist with company errands as needed.
