The candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, knowledge of aging and disability issues, and experience running cognitive activities in long-term care; CAD/CDP certifications are preferred.

Implements events and programs to enhance the experience and improve the resident quality of life
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred.
Certified Activity Director (CAD) preferred
Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) preferred
Computer and software proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office and Adobe
Must enjoy working with the senior population
