Job summary

Salute, a leading provider of data center infrastructure services in the United States, seeks an Assistant Manager of Accounting to support the Accounting Manager across multiple US entities. The role emphasizes hands-on accounting leadership, integration of recent acquisitions, and driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a CPA or CPA candidacy preferred, strong US GAAP knowledge, and experience in a multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial close processes.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and account schedules.
• Audits and compliance experience.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Accounting Manager in day-to-day accounting across multiple US entities; ensure timely financial close.
• Assist in integration of recent acquisitions into chart of accounts and reporting structure.
• Support audits and maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules for key items.
• Lead system enhancements and process optimization in accounting systems.
• Mentor Staff and Senior Accountants, and collaborate with Treasury & AP.
