The (Assistant) Accounting Manager is a hands‑on accounting leader who supports management in overseeing the organization's accounting operations across a portfolio of multiple companies while maintaining direct responsibility for the accounting functions of a designated group of companies. This role combines leadership and mentorship with day‑to‑day accounting responsibilities, including month‑end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, budgeting support and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five (5) years of progressive senior accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities, strong technical accounting expertise, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex, multi‑entity environment.
