Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to oversee client accounts, coordinate security staffing, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

In this role you will lead staffing, scheduling, training, and supervision of security personnel, while strengthening client relationships and driving service improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate Degree is required.
• Three years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Additional relevant experience can substitute for the required education per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversees security operations for assigned client accounts.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, training, and supervision of security personnel.
• Drives client relationship management, service enhancements, and business growth opportunities.
• Ensures compliance with site-specific procedures and post orders.
