Job summary

SAFEPRO Insurance Services is seeking an organized Assistant Account Manager to support its account management team. The role involves hands-on commercial insurance servicing, policy documentation, renewal preparation, and communications with carriers.

You will assist with renewal prep, request underwriting information, and prepare COIs, while maintaining meticulous files and meeting submission deadlines. Knowledge of P&C insurance and licensing requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with agency management systems and carrier portals.
• Willingness to develop knowledge of commercial P&C insurance.
• State licensing required for activities that legally require a license.
