HUB International in New York is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to support Employee Benefits accounts on a hybrid work schedule at Bryant Park or Melville, NY. You will assist Account Executives with client management, enrollments, and document preparation.
The role requires at least 1 year in employee benefits, strong communication, and solid Excel/Office skills. A Life & Health license is obtainable after time with HUB and a bachelor's degree is a plus.

We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Account Executive to join our Employee Benefits team in our Bryant Park (NY) or our Melville (NY) office on a Hybrid work schedule.
While learning and performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time (ie seminars, meetings, etc.); the employee must be able to possibly, occasionally, lift and/or move up to 5 pounds (office supplies and paper) and assist in the clean-up/straightening of Conference Room prior to or after EB meetings.
Supports various levels of Account Executive teams and Producers with managing accounts. Manages low complexity account issues. May interface with clients and carriers after obtaining a Life & Health license.

Ensure compliance with all operating controls as spelled out in the HUB Quality Control Procedure Manual

The expected salary range for this position is $35.71/hr to $38.46/hr and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
