Job summary

Team One, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Assistant Account Executive in Los Angeles to support Tier 2 Lexus marketing initiatives. You will coordinate with regional teams, internal creative and production teams, and ensure campaigns and assets are delivered on time.

The role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and superb communication. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and a hybrid work schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years office experience preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient administrative and computer skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Must be well-rounded, responsible, self-starter with a “team player” attitude with an interest in the automotive, marketing industry.

Responsibilities

• Support Tier 2 Lexus marketing initiatives across regional programs.
• Coordinate asset development and campaign trafficking with internal teams.
• Assist in production of digital and social creative for Tier 2 campaigns.
• Manage local and regional creative projects and briefs.
• Support social campaign management and asset updates.
• Maintain organized creative asset libraries for teams.
• Act as day-to-day liaison between regional teams and Team One HQ.
• Support campaign and traffic workflows and budget-related tasks.
• Assist with field operations resources and dealer information.
• Foster collaboration across Account, Creative, Production, and Media teams.
