Job summary

DSplus, a Saatchi & Saatchi company, seeks an Assistant Account Executive to support the Toyota/Lexus account team within Growth and Retention. You will be part of the account services group, handling daily tasks, analytics, and asset coordination for campaigns.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Creative, Media, and Finance, with focus on production support, reporting, and client service. Prior agency experience is a plus and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Advertising agency experience preferred.
• Ability to build solid relations with internal teams (Creative, Media, Finance).
• Some client contact will be involved; understanding the client’s business is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support in meeting preparation including presentation building, analytics and report build out.
• Manage Tier1 creative production and internal communication amongst teams.
• Serve as liaison to Project Management and Creative department while coordinating/ executing creative production activities and projects.
• Support the advertising activities (creative, media, budgets, and production) for assigned projects.
• Assist the Account Supervisor in budget-management and financials projects.
• Execute various creative and media research/statistical projects.
• Other duties assigned.
