This role provides an opportunity to support world-class clients and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to an Agent, including managing phone calls, calendar scheduling, and coordinating travel.
  • Maintain event tracking spreadsheets, manage internal databases, and draft important client communications.
  • Assist with the logistics of client events, industry conferences, and promotional opportunities, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Handle expenses and maintain accurate records using company systems and software.
  • Collaborate with team members across UTA, ensuring seamless communication and providing excellent service to both clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Ambitious and client-focused: driven to succeed in the entertainment industry and passionate about delivering top‑notch service to clients.
  • Prior administrative experience in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment, preferably within entertainment.
