Target is seeking an Assets Protection Team Leader in Florida to safeguard guests, teammates, and assets while maintaining a safe store environment. You will lead a security-focused team, uphold loss prevention protocols, and partner with store leadership to drive safe, profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements.
• Retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments and ensure staff meet Target's expectations.
• Observe and coach team to maintain safety and guest experience.
• Identify theft and shortage trends and develop tactics to reduce loss.
• Lead and develop team members with clear expectations and accountability.
• Coordinate security plans for in-store events and emergencies.
• Manage schedules and staffing around security and theft patterns.
• Develop relationships with store leadership and law enforcement.
• Conduct investigations and resolve incidents per policy.
