Job summary

Target is seeking an Assets Protection Team Leader in Belton, MO. You will lead security programs to protect guests, team members, and merchandise while driving store goals. The role includes crisis response, incident investigation, and developing the AP team to maintain a safe shopping environment.

You will partner with store leadership, manage schedules, and implement theft-prevention strategies to minimize loss and support profitable sales. Prior experience in retail AP is preferred.
