Job summary

Target is seeking an Assets Protection Team Leader in Arvada, CO to lead security operations and protect guests and team members. You will drive loss-prevention efforts, coordinate with store leadership, and guide a team to uphold Target’s safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on guest experience and store protection.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Previous retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Train and ensure team delivers Target guest experience.
• Observe and provide feedback; hold team accountable.
• Maintain security plans and respond to incidents.
• Develop teams and manage staffing per leadership.
