Job summary

Target's Assets Protection Team Leader role focuses on creating a safe guest and team experience while protecting assets across the store.

You will lead hourly team members, set priorities, respond to theft and safety incidents, and collaborate with store leaders to minimize losses and maintain operational excellence. Strong communication and coaching are essential.

Applicants should be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and may have prior retail or loss-prevention experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Previous retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly team members and develop talent.
• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments and safe store operations.
• Respond to external and internal theft incidents and prevent future theft.
• Protect merchandise and collaborate with store leadership on security plans.
