Job summary

EY's Asset & Wealth Management Consulting team seeks a Senior WAM Transformation professional in New York. You’ll align operating models, data, and technology with business strategy across traditional and alternative asset managers, wealth platforms, and service providers.

You’ll drive improvements in operating models, data governance, and system enablement while delivering client value and growth opportunities within EY’s global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, or related discipline; MBA or MS preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in asset management or wealth platforms.
• Financial services consulting experience with exposure to investment operations or technology transformation.
• Familiarity with investment systems such as Aladdin, Charles River, Eagle, eFront, Investran, Geneva, etc.
• Experience with process improvement, system implementation, project management, or middle-office outsourcing.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across the investment management lifecycle from product development to data management and reporting.
• Design and implement target operating models to improve scalability, cost efficiency, and governance.
• Participate in technology-enabled transformations including system selection and implementation.
• Collaborate on outsourcing strategy, automation, and digital operating models.
• Contribute to business development and knowledge sharing within the team.
