Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in a large organization.
• Strategic communications planning and execution.
• Outstanding writing, proofreading and copy editing for internal communications.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets and teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience in financial services, Asset Management required.
• Strong relationships with senior business and technology executives.
• Excellent ability to translate technology concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development technology strategy and priorities across technology and business teams.
• Develop work plans to test strategies and insights spanning process improvement and change.
• Create and execute comprehensive project plans with timelines and resources.
• Improve cross-team communications and engagement through innovative channels.
• Draft program updates and organizational announcements.
• Identify and mitigate risks and implement contingency plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Apply data-driven optimization to improve program performance.
